Walid ben hamida
Walid ben hamida is a lecturer at the University of Evry Val d’Essonne and Sciences Po, Paris (France). He has also been appointed Chairman of the Selection Committee of Arbitrators at the Libyan Center for International Commercial Arbitration.
He appeared as speaker and lecturer on international economic law issues in many countries (including Tunisia, Italy, Romania, Egypt (in Arabic) and Brazil). He cooperates with many international organisations on issue of international trade, investment and Arab legal systems (including FAO, UNCTAD, and IDLO).
Ben hamida also served as expert, expert-counsel to States and investors. His practice focuses on Arab laws, international law, investor-state dispute settlement and arbitration.
He holds a License from the University of Tunis and a Ph.D on investment arbitration form the University of Panthéon-Assas (Paris II). He authored numerous publications on investment law.
