The Libyan Center for International Commercial Arbitration has a vision embodied in the creation of a comprehensive and integrated legal system, to promote a culture of arbitration in Libya also in the Arab world, and to play an important role at the National and international, in the field of alternative dispute resolution.

Our Mission

The Libyan Center for International Commercial Arbitration aims to strengthen the role of arbitration in Libya, to attract and encourage foreign investment, thus contributing to the national economy. The Center works to provide excellent legal services to protect the interests of investors and facilitate conflict resolution. It also aims to rehabilitate and prepare a generation of arbitrators through the implementation of high quality training programs. It works to disseminate and promote the culture of arbitration.
