I obtained a master’s degree in private law from the Faculty of Law, University of Tripoli, after obtaining a master’s degree, as an assistant lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Al-Zaytouna University, then left in 2007 AD to France to complete his studies at Al-Zaytouna University, then left in 2007 in 2013 AD with a PhD in Commercial Law with the highest rank and congratulations from the University of the first (excellence).
Dr. Faraj Hamouda returned in October 2013 as a lecturer and head of the private department at the Faculty of Law, University of Tripoli. Then, in 2016, he moved to the Law School at the University of Tripoli, where he was promoted to the rank of associate professor in the field of commercial law.
